CHEVY STEERING UPGRADE KIT

BD’s Steering Upgrade Kit includes a 30% stronger than OEM forged I-Beam Centerlink which reduces flex in the steering system and creates a strong base for the tie rods to be attached to. The tie rods are 1.5x thicker than OEM for reduced flex and have larger inner ball joints for reduced wear. Testing has shown the BD tie rods can take over double the amount of force than what OEM rods can handle. Greaseable ball joints come with sintered bearings and allow for better load holding and increased life. Longer, high-strength through bolt designed sway bar end links are included to accommodate larger tie rods and leveling kits. Polyurethane bushings have OEM style shaping for articulation and durability.

DODGE SWAY BAR END LINK KIT

BD's heavy duty sway bar end links are stronger and more durable than OEM links. BD end links are made with a high strength, heat treated forged steel center section that is black Cerakote finished for longevity. Utilizing an oversized ball joint and tough poly bushings, these heavy duty end links can tolerate higher loads that would cause the stock parts to break and wear rapidly. The ball joint allows for greater articulation than bushing only replacement end links can which prolongs the bushing life and allows for normal sway bar movement. All components are designed to be easily serviceable and wear items are low cost to replace. This makes the BD sway bar end links the obvious choice when it comes time to replace the worn-out factory end links.

Fully Adjustable, allowing for correct axle alignment on lifted trucks up to 6-inches on Ford and 4-inches on Dodges. No need to remove bar from the truck to adjust and made from high strength, heat treated forged components. Drive straighter with less wander and more positive steering feel on long lasting, easily serviceable polyurethane bushings. BD's track bar bracket relocates the pivot point 2-inch down lower down, offsetting the effect of the lift kit by bringing the trackbar assembly down into the factory position and fixing common steering and tracking issues. The BD track bar bracket is designed with high strength, ADI heat-treated cast iron for maximum strength and provides a strong reliable upgrade.
