• AnnexWalls are 420D polyester oxford fabric with a polyurethane coated for 2500MM waterproofing • Annex Floor is made of 550GSM PVC coated waterproof fabric • Floor has a heavy duty weather resistant zipper that allows it to be removed • Annex dimensions 83.5”Lx73.6”Wx74.80”H or 42 square feet • A large vehicle side door allows for side door or truck bed access • Entry door and 2 large windows have both a solid flap and mosquito netting for privacy or scenic viewing
